To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% by wire transfer or pay-pal is required. After the payment is received we will send a confirmation voucher with payment receipt. All transfers shall be made net of bank charges, credit cards and exchange commissions.
Balance is due 15 days before arrival.

You may bring your own grocery or ask the staff to shop for you and provide the requisite bills.
On request we provide breakfast for US$15 and dinner for US$30 per person.

Cancellations greater than 30 days of the check in date, there will be a full refund of the reservation deposit, (less a 10% handling fee).
For cancellations within 30 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit.

Our Staff will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm.
The services include daily cleaning and cooking.
Gratuities for the staff are at your discretion, usually 10%, to pay directly to the staff at the end of your stay.
